David McNeill is Project Director at NeighbourGood, with a focus on village infrastructure, member systems, and the technical platform that supports the community. He is a director of NeighbourGood Golden Bay Limited and helps connect land, governance, and the practical tools members use every day.
David is building the open-source IT stack that keeps NeighbourGood autonomous — mail, cloud, wiki, AI, and the member portal — alongside the public website and community forms.
He brings decades of experience in technology and project delivery, and a commitment to transparent, member-owned systems that will scale as the village grows.
